We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Anaheim, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical HR functions, supporting leadership, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally.

Responsibilities:
• Advise management on organizational policies and recommend updates to align with company goals.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication of plan details.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
• Maintain accurate employment records related to hiring, terminations, promotions, and performance reviews.
• Support compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to address HR-related challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure timely completion of required reports and documentation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and safeguard sensitive employee and business information.• At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources management role.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and managing union-related matters.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard and offboard employees effectively.
• Experience working with management to implement HR strategies and resolve disputes.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
