Pay: $64,480 - $125,008 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our South El Monte facility. This role combines top-tier CNC Machinist expertise with proven leadership in aerospace manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for running the shop floor, improving processes, and developing a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across manufacturing departments

• Lead and mentor machinists, operators, and technicians

• Manage schedules to meet production goals and customer deadlines

• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations

• Track KPIs and use production data to optimize workflow

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and executive teams

What You Bring

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (aerospace preferred)

• Machinist-level CNC skills (setup, blueprint reading, G/M codes) Required

• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing and machining practices

• Experience with lean principles and process improvement

• Confident communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with computer systems (FileMaker Pro, Office 365, Outlook, Teams)

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit, walk, and use hands regularly

• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

• Must be able to visually inspect and assess quality parts and operations
