Location: Vista, CA
Salary: $75k - $150k DOE
Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in a Manufacturing Environment with CNC Programming, CNC Machining, Design, Solidwords, Mastercam
Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced CNC Programmer-Manufacturing Engineer with strong SolidWorks and MasterCAM skills to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role in our facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC machining, CNC programming, Design and a passion for precision engineering. If you're an experienced Machinist that can take a part from Solidworks through Programming and Production, then we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure program feasibility and efficiency.
- Utilize MasterCAM and other CAD/CAM software to design and create machining instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that manufactured components meet the required tolerances and specifications.
- Provide support during machine operation and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Maintain documentation of programming changes and updates for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred: Engineering degree or technical certification).
- 5+ years in machining or CNC programming.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, MasterCAM,
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
