Role Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality outpatient care in a value-based care environment. This role emphasizes continuity of care, manageable patient volumes, and strong clinical and administrative support.
Compensation & Incentives Salary:
$200,000 – $250,000 annually Sign-On Bonus Performance Bonus:

Practice Highlights Patient volume: ~18–20 patients per day Outpatient-focused schedule Value-based care model (Medicare Advantage population) EHR: Athena Strong MA and Care Management support

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Document care per regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience (required) Active or eligible unrestricted state medical license Active, unrestricted DEA license Current BLS and ACLS certifications
