Alpha is transforming the traditional school experience. Students here don't passively absorb lectures—they accelerate through adaptive applications, absorbing material at double the standard pace while building practical life competencies. Your role is to ensure our "3 Promises" resonate with every learner in your cohort and to develop our Guides so they deliver the same results.

You'll combine exceptional coaching capabilities with dynamic presentation skills, transforming training sessions, data-informed motivational meetings, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. If you've broken performance records, converted struggling teams into high achievers, or consistently reject mediocrity, we need you to architect excellence alongside us.

Why Alpha?

Competitive compensation for high-cost markets – enhanced pay structures designed to reflect the living expenses of these metropolitan regions

Robust benefits & leave – full health coverage and substantial paid time off

Relocation support – offered to exceptional candidates

Development-focused environment – access to coaching, professional training, and defined routes to expanded influence

What You Will Be Doing

Coaching and preparing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops with exceptional quality

Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and challenge resolution

Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student participation and outcomes

Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced mentorship and motivational techniques

What You Won’t Be Doing

Designing lesson plans – Guides support students through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding motivators

Compromising standards – when our benchmark is 100%, maintaining that expectation is your responsibility

Conducting uninspiring training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energized, experiential learning

Senior Learning Experience Manager Key Responsibilities Develop Guides and students so that every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× speed, and achieves mastery of life skills. No exceptions.
