Field Reimbursement Manager
Join Syneos Health Commercial Solutions and play a pivotal role in ensuring patients receive the care they need. You will serve as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting our client products.
Description
You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap. In this role you will:
Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities.
Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams.
Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties, including hubs.
Support patient access to the products by offering subject‑matter expertise on reimbursement barriers.
Essential Requirements
BS/BA degree.
Minimum 5 years in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement hub programs.
Extensive knowledge of payer systems and health systems.
Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements
Advanced degree.
Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy‑and‑bill process, and Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D, as well as Medicaid and commercial payers.
Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes.
Exhibit competent understanding of hub activities.
75% travel.
Salary
– Base salary ranges from $160,000 to $170,000, with potential for commissions, bonuses, and additional benefits such as a company car allowance or company car.
