Our Program Director will provide clinical supervision to our Licensed Practitioners who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths! The Program Director works to ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications. Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field Independent NY state licensure is required (LCSW) Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families Benefits
