Job Description We are seeking an energetic and highly driven

Wholesale Manager

to grow our presence in major retail channels. This role is responsible for securing placements with large national retailers and building strong relationships with top-tier distributors. The ideal candidate is ambitious, proactive, and excited to lead wholesale expansion from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute an end-to-end wholesale growth strategy

Identify, pitch, and onboard major retail accounts (national and big-box—not small chains)

Develop relationships with top distributors and manage ongoing communication

Lead all aspects of the wholesale sales cycle, from outreach to negotiation and closing

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support inventory, forecasting, and marketing needs

Track sales performance, maintain pipeline visibility, and drive measurable wholesale growth

Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and confidence

Qualifications

Prior wholesale, retail expansion, or B2B sales experience (big-box retail strongly preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly motivated, energetic, and comfortable taking initiative

Ability to manage deals independently and drive results

Organized, fast-paced, and able to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously
