National Account Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to lead our expansion across major U.S. brick‑and‑mortar retailers, including Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, and Target.
This role owns national retail accounts end‑to‑end — from buyer negotiations and annual planning to in‑store execution and performance growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow national accounts across major U.S. big‑box retailers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for retail buyers and category managers.
Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP), assortment reviews, and line expansions.
Deliver revenue growth through effective sell‑in and sell‑through strategies.
Negotiate pricing, margins, promotions, and commercial terms.
Drive in‑store visibility, seasonal programs, and promotional execution.
Partner with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure strong launches and reliable fulfillment.
Align product assortments with retailer and consumer needs.
Support forecasting, inventory planning, and OTIF performance.
Track retail performance, competitive trends, and category dynamics.
Provide insights to HQ to support product localization and go‑to‑market strategy.
Report account performance, forecasts, and growth plans to leadership.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing national accounts with major U.S. big‑box retailers.
Strong understanding of the U.S. offline retail ecosystem and buyer decision‑making.
Experience in tools, home improvement, or consumer hardware preferred.
Results‑driven, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing brand environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
