**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the hotel or resort environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor access points, entrances, and exits to assist with controlling entry and exit from the premises.
  • Document observations, incidents, and/or activities in daily reports as required by site procedures.
  • Support emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
