Job Description Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
Training & Development Paid Training! We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our Assistant Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program.
Opportunities Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise.
Pay & Incentives Our assistant managers are paid a competitive industry salary. Assistant managers are eligible to earn performance‑based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores and the store’s overall performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Management experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
Strong judgement, math skills, and multitasking ability.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during shifts, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Follow all policies and procedures 100% and set the example for crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to schedule, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, attendance, and punctuality.
Maintain a perfect image and uphold high standards for customer service.
