Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities The ideal candidate will manage corporate legal matters, handle conflicts checks and vendor relationships, oversee corporate documentation such as NDAs and M&A agreements, coordinate deal closings, and act as a primary contact for business‑related legal issues.

Qualifications Experience in corporate law and demonstrating strong expertise in corporate documentation, redlining, and document management is highly preferred.
