Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan, including scope, schedule, and risk posture

Lead all testing events including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing

Manage automation frameworks using Oracle Health Test Studio and maintain defect tracking in Jira/Confluence

Collaborate with domain test managers and facilitate daily stand-ups and readiness reviews

Communicate complex testing strategies to stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare IT testing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles

Proven experience with Oracle Health Millennium and RevElate testing frameworks

Deep understanding of EHR testing best practices and compliance testing (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)

Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards and device integration

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in ISTQB, HIMSS, or Oracle Health testing tools

Experience with federal/state EHR implementations

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and hybrid hosting models

Experience with behavioral health, correctional, and long-term care testing scenarios
