What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the data migration workstream, including planning, execution, testing, and cutover coordination
Develop and maintain the Data Migration Plan, including strategies and validation protocols
Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems
Manage data quality checks, including audits and discrepancy resolution
Provide weekly and monthly progress reports, including validation logs and data quality metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with 5+ years in data migration leadership roles
Proven experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR implementations, including Millennium and RevElate platforms
Expertise in ETL tools, FHIR/HL7 standards, and data warehouse architecture
Strong understanding of clinical data domains, including allergies and medications
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with large EHR implementations
Certifications in PMP, HIMSS, or relevant technical domains
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality tools
Experience with interoperability strategies and data syndication models
