Vice President of People & Culture
Spider joining a fast‑growing, mission‑driven behavioral health organization that delivers community‑based care across multiple sites. This leadership role will help shape culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations for a Spanish‑fluent executive team.
Location: Brooklyn. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite five days per week for the first 120 days before transitioning into a hybrid schedule.
Base pay range $165,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
What You’ll Own
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
Build and execute a people strategy aligned with mission and long‑term growth
Scale HR systems, policies, and infrastructure across multiple locations
Lead talent acquisition for clinical, operational, and corporate teams
Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance
Champion a values‑driven culture that supports engagement and retention
Guide workforce planning and change initiatives during expansion
Ensure compliance within a highly regulated behavioral health environment
Use HR data and insights to drive continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
Senior HR leadership experience with a track record of scaling organizations
Background in behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or another regulated setting
Fluency in Spanish
Experience supporting diverse, multilingual workforces
Strong executive presence and influence at all levels
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
Compensation Salary range: $165,000–$200,000, plus an exceptional benefits package including strong healthcare coverage, generous PTO, hybrid flexibility, and an employer‑funded pension program.
