Base Pay Range $235,000 / yr – $365,000 / yr

Our North America Employment & Compensation Practice Group provides clients with “one stop” domestic and international employment law counseling and litigation representation. We assist multinational companies with their international and domestic labor and employment issues, from expansion into or exit from new jurisdictions to deploying and managing a global workforce, to defending them in litigation in both state and federal court. We “translate” the international landscape for in-house counsel and managers with global responsibilities. We lead cross‑border and multi‑disciplinary employment projects providing commercially practical support for our clients’ global operations.

Qualifications & Experience

2–6 years of employment litigation experience.

Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills (e.g., Law Review).

Major top‑tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice preferred; federal judicial clerkship is a plus.

Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar.

Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members.

Pay Transparency

This position is bonus eligible and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) based on number of hours worked.

The U.S. base compensation for this position is expected to be $235,000 to $365,000 (annually) if located in an office in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
