Production Operator
The Production Operator is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the production process. This role supports the conversion of raw materials into finished goods while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality finished products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and components used in production.
- Complete production logs, data sheets, and in-process documentation.
- Perform routine in-process quality tests to verify product specifications.
- Identify equipment malfunctions or product defects and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and written instructions to support assembly or production tasks.
- Track orders received, work completed, and inventory status.
- Coordinate with production, materials planning, and maintenance teams to support schedule accuracy.
- Request necessary materials and confirm delivery timelines.
