We are partnering with a leading provider of customized online printing services that supports customers across a wide range of industries. This organization produces high-quality print products including magazines, catalogs, labels, packaging, textiles, and more. Their operations are driven by technology, precision, and a customer-first mindset, with a fast-paced production environment handling thousands of print jobs daily. This growing digital printing operation is opening a brand-new facility in the Warrendale area near Pittsburgh, PA, and is seeking a Production Operator to join its expanding team.

Position Overview: The Production Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality output while meeting production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured manufacturing environment. Pay: $17/Hour Key Responsibilities

• Load materials onto cutting equipment and monitor operations throughout the cutting process
• Perform accurate cutting and trimming based on job specifications
• Inspect finished work for quality and report any issues or errors
• Unload completed products and prepare them for the next production stage
• Set up and calibrate cutting equipment according to job requirements
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Package finished products and prepare shipping documentation
• Use internal production and management systems during all stages of processing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role within a structured environment
• Experience with cutting machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work assigned shifts
