Fluency in English and Spanish is Essential

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer inbound calls from current customers with questions or concerns
• Make outbound calls to assist with payment reminders and follow-ups
• Help guide customers through their loan process with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and help troubleshoot any system or CRM issues
• Support day-to-day admin tasks like file closing, title handling, and registration checks
• Collaborate with the team to keep everything running smoothly
• Follow up with potential customers to move them forward in the process

What You Bring:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable using CRM systems (experience is a plus)
• Great communication and active listening skills
