Description Our client in the property management sector is seeking a professional, highly organized Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team. This is a key administrative role responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, enhancing executive productivity, and serving as a central point of coordination within the organization . Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and property-related documents; assist with lease administration, property listings, and compliance tracking.
- Liaison between executives, property managers, tenants, vendors, and internal teams; ensure efficient flow of information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and perform data entry and record-keeping for leases, contracts, and compliance files.
- Assist with workflow automation and process improvement projects-bringing digital fluency and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support onboarding for new property staff and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role-property management/real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software; experience with workflow automation tools is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong service orientation and the ability to anticipate business needs.
