Compensation & Benefits
Total earnings between $350,000 - $400,000+, based on your choice of:
Productivity model
OR Base salary + incentive model
Signing bonus up to $100,000
In-person work with potential for a hybrid schedule
4 weeks of PTO + 24 paid CME hours
401K with 4% employer match

Your Role & Responsibilities
Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations
Create customized treatment plans including psychotherapy, medication, and interventional therapy
Deliver and supervise treatments: TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine Infusions
Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies as neededEducate and empower patients and their families about conditions and care options
Coordinate care as part of a multidisciplinary team
Manage crises and provide ongoing therapeutic support
Maintain thorough medical documentation
Participate in outcome-based research and continuing education (minimum 10 CE hours/year)
