Mindful Health Solutions is a nationally recognized leader in interventional psychiatric care. We’re looking for a passionate, board-certified (or board-eligible) Psychiatrist to join our team and help lead the way in innovative treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy.

At Mindful Health Solutions, you’ll have the rare opportunity to:

Access and deliver cutting‑edge psychiatric therapeutics:

rTMS and dTMS

One of the largest Esketamine practices in the U.S.

Ketamine Infusion Therapy (at select locations)

Participate in innovative clinical protocols, including:

Accelerated TMS protocols

Disease‑specific approaches for OCD, neuropathic pain, and more

Receive immersive training in advanced modalities no prior experience necessary

Maintain continuity of care with your own patient panel

Collaborate on emerging therapies including psychedelic medicine

Work with a dedicated administrative support team

We offer a flexible, highly competitive compensation structure:

Choice of two models : Productivity‑based or base salary + incentive

Earning potential : $350,000 - $400,000+

Signing bonus : Up to $100,000

Schedule : In‑person with potential for hybrid flexibility

Time off :

4 weeks of PTO

24 paid CME hours

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders

Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans that may include:

Psychotherapy

Medication management

TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion Therapy

Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on treatment options and symptom management

Collaborate in a multi‑disciplinary team (psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, therapists)

Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date EMRs and documentation

Participate in research and continuing education to advance interventional psychiatry

Qualifications

Proficient in EMR systems and modern clinical tools
