Setting : Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
Reason for Hiring : Practice growth
Schedule : Flexible modalities - in-clinic, telehealth, and potential home visits
Patient Population : Primarily senior patients; panel management
Support Structure : Collaborates with Medical Director, Clinic Manager, MAs, LPNs, and admin staff
Full-scope primary care: well visits, chronic/acute management
Annual Wellness Visits & Health Risk Assessments (strong coding/documentation focus)
Orders/interprets diagnostics; makes referrals
Post-hospital and discharge follow-up
Rotating after-hours coverage
Perform prior auths and peer-to-peer reviews
Participate in audits, education, precepting NP students
Lead care team meetings and quality improvement
Support events and community outreach
Required :
Active FNP or AGNP Idaho license
DEA, Prescriptive Authority, BLS/CPR
3-5+ years in independent primary care practice
Valid Idaho Driver's License
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
Preferred :
AGNP board certification
Value-based care experience
EMR experience
Patient education delivery experience
