Salary and Benefits
- Base salary starting at $125,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient primary care to adult and elderly populations
- No on-call or hospital responsibilities
- Patient panel capped at 650
- Conduct patient visits per day with a focus on quality over quantity
- Perform in-office procedures such as minor suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and preventive screenings for seniors
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical support team
- Advance a culture of safety, service, and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted Nebraska NP license
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- Proficient in suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, wound care, and geriatric preventive screenings
- Geriatric experience preferred but not required
- Team-oriented and passionate about patient-centered care
- Committed to serving elderly and underserved populations
