Salary and Benefits:
- Salary starting at $125,000+ (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients
- No inpatient or on-call duties
- Panel capped at 650 patients
- Average patients per day to allow for high-touch, unrushed care
- Perform minor in-office procedures including:
- Suturing
- Joint injections
- Skin biopsies
- Wound care
- Preventive screenings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Promote a culture of excellence in clinical outcomes and patient experience
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Florida NP license
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- Proficient in common in-office procedures (suturing, injections, biopsies, wound care)
- Geriatric experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Patient-focused, team-oriented approach to care
- Passion for serving medically complex or underserved populations
