EHS Manager/Consultant role at CyberCoders
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager/Consultant to lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives within the pharmaceutical, high tech manufacturing and R&D industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS strategies that ensure compliance, enhance safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures for the pharmaceutical, high tech manufacturing and R&D sector.
- Conduct risk assessments and environmental audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert consulting services to project teams on EHS matters.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to promote EHS awareness.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to integrate EHS considerations into project planning.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management within the pharmaceutical, high tech manufacturing and R&D industry.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
- Certification in Industrial Hygiene (CIH) and (CSP) is a plus, or willingness to obtain within the first year.
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally is required.
