About the Role
- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team for new, challenging projects across Belgium and internationally.
- This role offers flexible engagement options (part-time or full-time) and the possibility of remote work within Belgium .
Key Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience demonstrating deep functional and technical expertise across the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors suite.
SAP SuccessFactors Module Mastery
- Employee Central (EC)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Performance & Goals (PM/G)
- Succession & Development (S&D)
SAP HCM Core Expertise
- Solid background and practical experience with SAP On-Premise HCM functionalities.
- Global Implementation Experience: Proven track record of working on global rollouts in more than 15 countries, demonstrating cultural awareness and an understanding of international compliance and Belgian-specific requirements.
- Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through system design, configuration, and process optimization.
- Occasional client travel within Belgium or Europe may be required based on project phases.
