Receptionist Odenton, MD

LHH is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our client's Odenton, MD office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and requires professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills.

This is a temporary, full-time, in-office position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and professionally answer and route incoming calls
  • Manage phone queues and Teams calling features
  • Scan, route, and digitally file accounting documents; work closely with Accounts Payable
  • Maintain incoming/outgoing mail, shipping (FedEx/UPS/USPS), and postage equipment
  • Order and track office and PPE supplies
  • Maintain front office, conference rooms, and break areas
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, clerical tasks, and special projects
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment

Qualifications

  • Preferred 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
