Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome while managing front desk operations and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  3. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable
  4. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  7. Provide general information to clients and visitors
  8. Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
