The
In‑Home Therapist (IHT)
will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI approved degree program
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred)
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Benefits
Optional 4‑day work week available – work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday
