In-Home Therapist – 4-Day Work Week (Northeast Family Services)
We are seeking clinicians to join our team in Massachusetts. This role offers a 4‑day work week (10‑hour shifts) with a 3‑day weekend. You will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes to treat youth behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
Deliver therapeutic interventions within clients’ homes following structured protocols.
Support children, youth, and families addressing behavioral‑emotional challenges.
Collaborate with supervisors for licensure and professional development.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a CBHI‑approved program.
Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families in home or community settings (highly desirable).
Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred).
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable).
Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
