The Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are an essential part of the multidisciplinary team that plans and delivers care for complex surgical and trauma patients in the ICU. The critical patient population includes complex trauma, transplant, vascular, general surgery, neurosurgery, interventional radiology and other critical care patients as the service needs dictate. Requirements: Licensure : Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible) Training : Certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 1-2 years

of recent critical care experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in an ICU setting. Proven

ability to independently manage ICU patients, including proficiency in ventilator management, resuscitation, and performing critical care procedures within the APP scope of practice. Comfortable
