Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Licensed Real Estate Team at Epique Realty. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and managing sales transactions. Team members will leverage Epique’s unique AI-powered tools and technology to optimize real estate processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
A valid
Valid Real Estate License
and extensive knowledge of real estate practices and regulations
Customer Service and excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships
Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a strong ability to close deals
Thorough understanding of Real Property and the ability to guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing
Proven ability to work independently and within a team in a remote setting
Proficiency in leveraging real estate technology and market platforms
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
