Cloud Engineer/Windows Server Admin (Remote)

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Cloud Engineer/Windows Server Admin for our premier client.
What You’ll Need Technical Requirements and Certifications
Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect/Developer - Associate level).
Microsoft Server Engineer certifications.
Education and Experience
Windows Server Administration (Server 2019 & Server 2022): 10 years.
Experience in on‑prem Windows Server, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, with a focus on delivering scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
Intermediate proficiency with the AWS Cloud Platform and familiarity with standard software engineering best practices.
Strong experience implementing full‑stack web applications leveraging React, Node.js, TypeScript on the front‑end and serverless back‑end APIs using AWS Lambda and NoSQL databases (e.g., AWS DynamoDB).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js).
Solid understanding of version control (e.g., Git), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated on tech trends.
What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities
Implementing and maintaining full‑stack cloud‑native solutions on AWS.
Building responsive and user‑friendly front‑end applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain APIs tailored for cloud environments using AWS API Gateway.
Script and automate tasks using Python.
Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for cloud infrastructure with AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
Optimize deployment pipelines for CI/CD using AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline.
Ensure comprehensive testing, security compliance, and operational stability of solutions.
Leverage native cloud services to design, develop, and maintain cloud‑based solutions.
Implement cloud networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, and security groups.
Adopt cloud security best practices, including IAM.
Implement serverless computing and event‑driven architecture using AWS Lambda and AWS DynamoDB for flexible data storage.
Automate cloud infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CloudFormation, AWS SAM, and Terraform.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Contribute to research and development initiatives and participate in technology skill enhancement programs.
Experience in Microsoft server and network administration, including end‑user and vendor support.
Proficient use of personal computers, ability to analyze data, document procedures, resolve technical issues, prepare reports, and provide desktop system support for users with varying technical levels.
Operational and administrative experience with Windows Servers and various SaaS environments.
