Manager, Brand and Content Marketing
Reports to: Director, Brand and Content Marketing
The Manager, Brand and Content Marketing gets why content hits, why creators matter, and how culture turns into momentum. You’ll keep campaigns moving, creators activated, and assets delivered. Perfect for someone plugged into internet culture, modern beauty, and bold enough to take initiative and make things happen. This is a fast-scaling startup role for someone who moves fast and figures it out as they go.
Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day creator operations; sourcing talent who match brand goals, vetting for fit, briefing with clarity, tracking deliverables, and ensuring usage rights are clean.
Act as a partner to the Sephora account team, supporting Sephora marketing programs.
Own the affiliate program end-to-end (Impact, ShopMy): onboarding, approvals, commissions, link creation, promo codes, reporting, and product education.
Coordinate seeding lists, product send-outs, and community moments that keep creators and affiliates connected to the brand story.
With the social team, provide weekly POVs on trends, formats, and creators that align with the brand’s clinical authority and energy.
Build and maintain content matrices for launches and evergreen storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring the content ecosystem feels unified and intentional.
Manage asset trafficking and routing with Growth, Retail, Ecommerce, and PR, ensuring accuracy, specs, and deadlines are upheld.
Support the strategy and hands‑on execution of GTM launches and 360 resupports, ensuring timelines, assets, creators, and channels are aligned to deliver cohesive, high‑impact moments.
Support PR with sample tracking, press send‑outs, media list updates, talking points.
Manage Brand Marketing Coordinator.
Must-Have Experience and Qualifications
3–5+ years in brand marketing, creator/affiliate marketing, integrated marketing, or digital content in beauty, skincare, or a fast‑paced consumer category.
Hands‑on experience with creator operations, including outreach, briefing, tracking, and usage rights.
Direct experience managing affiliate programs (Impact, ShopMy, LTK): onboarding, reporting, and optimization.
Strong background in content operations, including matrices, asset trafficking, and cross‑team coordination.
Experience supporting PR workflows: send‑outs, media tracking, reactive prep, and sample logistics.
Highly organized, detail‑driven, strong written communicator, and comfortable managing high‑volume workflows.
