Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex support tickets across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking environments

Support infrastructure upgrades, endpoint deployments, and migrations

Collaborate with senior engineers on client projects and technical initiatives

Document processes and share knowledge with junior team members

Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and client experience

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in an MSP or multi-client IT support role

Strong skills with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server

Experience using RMM, PSA, or endpoint management platforms

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

A proactive learner who values mentorship and growth opportunities
