This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a strategic role advising private equity firms and institutional investors on high‑profile transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and portfolio company financings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the execution of M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions for financial sponsor clients.
Oversee deal teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms and institutional investors.
Drive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client presentations.
Partner with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum 7 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on financial sponsors or leveraged finance.
Demonstrated success in leading complex transactions and managing client relationships.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
