Senior Accountant - Hospitality - Miami - Hybrid
Our client is in the hospitality industry, and they are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Miami HQ. This position reports to the Accounting Manager and works closely with executive leadership across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity consolidations
Own P&L performance across business units, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting
Lead month‑end and year‑end close, audit preparation, and external financial reporting
Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, KPIs, and cost control initiatives
Manage cash flow, intercompany accounting, and tax filings
Drive systems and process improvements, including reporting enhancements and automation initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, plus 3-5 years of accounting experience, including multi-entity consolidations
Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, audit readiness, and internal controls
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required
Hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
This is an excellent opportunity to join a hands‑on, multi‑entity environment and make an immediate impact. The expected salary range for this position is between $90K-$110K, depending on experience.
