Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Houston
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $70,200.00 - $117,000.00

About The Role: We are looking for a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who goes beyond filling roles and becomes a trusted advisor to leaders. This individual builds strong relationships with managers, earns credibility over time, and plays a key role in shaping teams that perform and stay.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment advisor, building long-term relationships and influencing hiring decisions through insight and expertise
Lead searches using a consultative, market‑driven approach, combining proactive sourcing and pipeline development
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior leadership and operational roles, including passive candidate outreach and talent mapping
Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, direct sourcing, and market intelligence) to build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines
Drive high‑volume operational hiring while maintaining strong quality‑of‑hire
Demonstrate leadership during critical and high‑impact hiring initiatives, including hard‑to‑fill and niche roles
Advise leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, labor market trends, and competitive intelligence
Contribute to team and organizational development by aligning talent decisions with business objectives
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, including senior and/or operational roles
Proven experience in proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development
Strong ability to influence and advise leaders at multiple levels of the organization
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Spanish proficiency is a strong asset
Experience recruiting in fast‑paced, operational or industrial environments (maritime, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred)
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality and candidate experience
