Compensation Base pay: $95,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Commission and variable compensation: $95k base with $80k variable target; monthly auto allowance and fuel reimbursement program.

Location and Travel Miami, FL. Field-based role with frequent travel and overnight visits required.

Responsibilities

Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Efficient territory planning and management.

Provide accurate monthly forecasts.

Prospect new accounts through cold calls and in-person visits to physician offices.

Build rapport and maintain close professional relationships with staff in medical clinics.

Develop Connected Opinion Leaders (COLs) in the territory.

Utilize the company's CRM by logging daily activity, sales strategies, and completing reports as required.

Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.

Perform all duties in a manner consistent with Pathnostics’ Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Build long‑term, high‑level relationships with clinicians and staff, consistently marketing Pathnostics' tests with skill and integrity, establishing credibility and trust with customers, prospects, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Abilities

Prior laboratory sales experience.

Prior call point experience with Urology, Urogynecology, Oncology, Infectious Disease, and related practices.

Ability to present, negotiate, and close in an effective manner.

Excellent people skills and an innate sense of urgency.Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies, and work environment.

Self‑motivated, passionate, flexible, persistent, innovative.

Ability to travel frequently.

Education and Experience

B.A. or B.S. degree required or equivalent experience.

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Minimum of three (3) years of documented successful sales/marketing experience.Experience in medical sales, laboratory sales, molecular diagnostics, anatomic pathology sales is welcome.

Open to candidates from adjacent fields such as medical device if they have the appropriate book of business and relationships within the desired field.
