Manage upgrades, patching, and version compatibility. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide advanced technical support. Maintain documentation including technical design, development standards, and deployment procedures. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices. Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support. Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of IT experience with
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development . In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow data model and CMDB. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and legacy workflows. Strong understanding of ServiceNow security model, ACLs, and roles. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – Preferred ServiceNow Architect certification – Nice to have Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. Knowledge of Performance Analytics and Reporting. Experience in multi-instance, large enterprise environments. Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD with ServiceNow. Seniority level
