Required Qualifications & Experience

Active Workday Integrations Certification is mandatory.

Demonstrated expert-level proficiency with Workday Studio

is essential.

Proven, in-depth experience with the entire Workday integration toolset: EIBs, Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits), and Cloud Connect.

Strong, practical knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL) and data structures (XML, JSON).

Mastery of XSLT for complex data transformations.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect and resolve complex, time-sensitive technical issues.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building applications with

Workday Extend .

Knowledge of or experience with

Workday Prism Analytics

for data blending and reporting.

Experience with BIRT for custom reporting layouts.

Functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
