Lead and support a rehabilitation team of ~10 clinicians
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture
Partner closely with nursing, administration, and medical staff
Your Role
Oversee daily rehab operations (PT, OT, ST)
Ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and quality outcomes
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and performance
Drive program growth for inpatient and outpatient services
Monitor outcomes, documentation, and regulatory standards
Mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
Licensed PT, OT, PTA, COTA or SLP (state license required)
Leadership or supervisory experience in a SNF setting preferred
Strong understanding of Medicare Part A/B and outpatient services
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build strong teams
Organized, proactive, and quality-driven mindset
