The Assistant Director of Nursing partners closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys mentoring others and being present on the floor. Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical and administrative operations Coach, guide, and lead nursing staff to deliver high‑quality, resident‑centered care Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment built on trust and respect Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Participate in survey preparedness and ongoing quality improvement initiatives Assist with staff education, competencies, and performance development Serve as a clinical resource and role model for best practices Qualifications
Active RN license (state‑specific) Previous leadership or charge nurse experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred Strong knowledge of regulations, clinical standards, and survey processes Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills A commitment to ethical leadership and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
