$52.00-$56.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Complete initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents.
Write, initiate, and revise the plan of care.
Initiate and deliver appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Complete, maintain, and submit accurate clinical notes.
Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Qualifications - Must Have
RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment.
Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
Behavioral/memory care experience.
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
