What You’ll Do (Based on Your Career Path) We offer multiple engineering paths within our EDP. Placement depends on your interests, strengths, and company needs.
Field Engineering
Hands‑on work with electrical/mechanical systems
Start‑ups, troubleshooting, root cause analysis
Vibration & power analysis
PLC and controls integration
Extensive travel
Production Engineering
Project engineering and industrial engineering
Manufacturing support and continuous improvement
Testing and validation of products
Application Engineering
Equipment sizing, system design & integration
Technical support for sales teams
Proposal development and quoting
Project Management
Manage projects from order to start‑up
Customer communication and scheduling
Documentation, submittals, and close‑out
What We’re Looking For Required
B.S. degree in Engineering or Industrial Distribution
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to plan, organize, and make decisions quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work with customers professionally
High standards for quality, safety, and accountability
Preferred
Interest in rotating equipment
Project management experience
Field or hands‑on mechanical experience
Technical sales or account management interest
Leadership experience
