The role As our first Data Analyst, you'll be the vital link between data and decision making by partnering with teams across marketing, sales, operations, and finance to transform complex business questions into actionable insights. You'll design reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and analytical tools, conducting exploratory analysis to uncover patterns that drive strategy. Your days will be spent translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions, hands‑on data work, and delivering findings that spark immediate action. This role demands business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while building scalable reporting infrastructure that evolves with our growing company.
Your impact will ripple across the organization. By transforming raw data into clear, trusted insights, you'll empower every team to make confident, data‑backed decisions that accelerate growth and optimize operations. You'll establish data as a core asset, foster a data‑driven culture, and give colleagues the tools to answer their own questions – turning curiosity into competitive advantage.
If you're obsessed with organizing data to uncover insights that solve real problems, we want to hear from you!
Snout is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We know that great candidates may not check every box — and that’s okay.
