Senior Estimator – High‑Rise / Luxury Construction
Aventura / Broward Area | $130K – $170K DOE + Full Benefits
We’ve partnered with a fast‑growing general contractor known for delivering
high‑rise, luxury, and complex commercial projects
across South Florida. They are seeking an experienced
Senior Estimator
to lead pre‑construction and estimating efforts, shaping projects from concept to award.
What You’ll Do
Drive estimating from conceptual budgets through hard bids.
Lead subcontractor bid management, RFQs, and pricing strategies.
Perform quantity take‑offs, cost modeling, and value engineering.
Partner with design teams, project managers, and owners.
Mentor junior estimators and refine estimating best practices.
Represent the company in client presentations and proposals.
What You’ll Bring
Proven construction estimating experience ( high‑rise or luxury projects preferred ).
8+ years of progressive estimating success.
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Results‑driven mindset focused on
safety, quality, and efficiency .
Proficiency in
Procore, Bluebeam, Timberline, OST, BuildingConnected .
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
