As the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting, you will oversee revenue recognition, billing operations, AR collections, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Legal, Product, and FP&A to ensure contract compliance and operational alignment.
Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr
Work Model and Location Hybrid (3 days on‑site) | Bloomington, MN

Key Responsibilities
Lead revenue accounting under ASC 606 and GAAP standards.
Oversee billing operations, AR collections, and credit management.

Partner with Sales Ops, Legal, Product, and FP&A to ensure contract compliance and operational alignment.
Own audit readiness and support internal/external audits related to revenue and billing.
Mentor, develop, and manage a team of 8+ accounting professionals.
Provide insights and reporting on revenue trends, billing performance, and collection metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years in revenue recognition or billing (SaaS or Big 4 strongly preferred).
5+ years of direct people‑management experience, leading teams of 8+.
Public company or IPO experience strongly preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Hands‑on ERP/billing systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive change in a fast‑paced environment.
