Base pay range

Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality‑related issues and implement effective solutions. Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Support training programs to educate staff on quality standards and best practices. Work with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. Profile
Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred, or equivalent experience (2-5 years). Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 17025, AC7115, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards. Internal auditing experience; AS9100 or IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certification preferred. Hands‑on experience with FMEA, GD&T, PPAP, and APQP. Independent performer with strong communication, prioritization, judgment, and MS Office proficiency; SAP, Minitab, and other systems are a plus. Job Offer
